cancellation policy

  1. Our clinic is by appointment only, and we reserve time, rooms, materials, equipment, and personnel for patients who have made reservations, and make appropriate arrangements for them. Therefore, cancellations or tardiness on the day or without notice will not only cause inconvenience to other patients, but also result in the loss of limited appointment slots.
    We ask for your understanding in order to alleviate the congestion of appointments.

  2. If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us by mid-morning of the previous business day.

  3. If you cancel on the same day, you will be charged ¥5,500 for the next appointment. (The same applies if we are notified.) *If you cancel on the day of the appointment, you will be charged ¥5,500 for the next appointment.

  4. We will not be able to take into account reasons such as road congestion, train delays, parking space, etc. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.

  5. Regarding surgery/treatment appointments
    Please note that we have a separate cancellation policy for surgeries and procedures.

  1. Cancellations and changes after reservations have been made are subject to the cancellation and change policies of the hotel, store, etc.
    Cancellation or change of a reservation after it has been made is subject to the cancellation or change policy set by the hotel, store, or other reservation location. We will provide you with a written estimate in accordance with the contents of the cancellation or change policy at the time of inquiry.
